ARRIVAL OF THE ORONSAY AT PORT MELBOURNE.
After a passage from Colombo direct, the Orient liner Oronsay reached Port Melbourne early on Saturday morning; she was delayed by Customs officials and health inspectors until the afternoon, berthing at Prince's Pier after 2 o'clock. A large crowd waited with admirable patience, but no one was permitted to go on board. On the wharf was a train of luggage vans waiting to take the luggage of passengers for Adelaide and Fremantle, who had been overcarried.
