THE LATEST ARRIVALS.- The ship Friedeburgh, which arrived in the Bay yesterday morning from Hamburg with immigrants, has been ordered into quarantine for eighteen days. Four cases of typhoid fever on board are the cause of this measure. The voyage of the Friedeburg, was altogether of a chequered character. She was compelled to put into Rio de Janeiro for water, the condenser having broken down. Eighteen deaths occurred during the voyage. One person fell overboard and was drowned ; three others died of consumption. The remainder died from the effects of measles.
