      TALLANGATTA.
      (From Our Own Correspondent.)
      The death of Mr. Robert Hempel, of Huon, took place in the Tallangatta' Hospital during the past week. Deceased, who was 69 years of age, had been ailing for some considerable time, the cause of death being Bright's disease. The late Mr. Hempel leaves a widow and grown up family to mourn their loss. The remains were interred in the Tallangatta cemetery.

      AFTER the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof application will be made to the Supreme Court of Victoria, in its Probate jurisdiction, that PROBATE of the WILL of WILLIAM ROBERT FREDERICK HEMPEL, late of Tallangatta, retired orchardist, deceased, may be granted to Mary Hempel, of Tallangatta, widow, the sole executor named in and appointed by the said will.
