    • DEATH OF MR. L. TRONC.
The many friends of Mr. Louis Tronc (eldest son of Mr. H. Tronc, an old and much-respected resident of the Kirchheim district) will regret to hear of his untimely death, which occurred in the Ipswich Hospital on Thursday morning last. The deceased had been enjoying robust health until his removal to Ipswich about a month ago, when he complained of being unwell, his condition becoming so serious that he had to seek medical aid and become an inmate of the Ipswich Hospital, some eight days ago. Hopes were entertained of his recovery, but these were only short-lived, and he passed peacefully away at the time stated. The funeral took place at 3 o'clock on Thursday afternoon, the cortege being very large, consisting mostly of his Ipswich and Marburg friends. The remains were interred in the Ipswich Cemetery, the Rev. T. L. H. Jenkyn, B.A. (rector of St. Paul's Church), conducting the service at the graveside.
