      Ten more undefended petitions were heard by Judge O'Sullivan at Newcastle District Court yesterday.

      SPILLER v. SPILLER
      The issue was found answered In the affirmative when Basil Leo Spiller, railway employee, of Tudor street, Hamilton, sought divorce from Mabel Spiller, formerly Farrell, of Newcastle, because of her failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights.
