      In the WILL of WILLIAM NEAL, late of Widgee, near Gympie, in the State of Queensland, Dairy Farmer, Deceased.
      Notice is hereby given that after the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof application will be made to this Honourable Court that PROBATE of the WILL of the abovenamed William Neal deceased may be granted to HONOR NEAL of Widgee near Gympie in the State of Queensland the lawful Widow of the said deceased the sole Executrix named in the said Will. Any person interested who desires to object to the application or to be heard upon it may file a Caveat in the Registry at any time before the grant is made.

      Saturday.
      Late Mr. W. Neal - Mrs. W. Riches is at Gympie, to which centre she was summoned at the death of her father, Mr. William Neal, a well-known Gympie resident, who had reached the age of 73 rears. The late Mr. Neal was born in Lincolnshire (England), and came to Queensland in the sailing ship, "Eastminster," landing at Maryborough in March, 1887. He at once moved to Glastonbury, where he engaged in gold mining. Later he followed the same occupation in Gympie. He returned to Glastonbury, and took up farming, acquiring a part of the Widgee Estate. The late Mr. Neal retired about three years ago. He was twice married, first to Miss Clara Softley, and later to Miss Honour Munyon. *Both died before him. The late Mr. Neal leaves two sons and one daughter by his first marriage, and three sons and a daughter by his second.

      The death is announced of Mr. William Neal, aged 73, of Widgee. He was born in Lincolnshire, England, and when a young man came to Australia in the sailing ship Eastminster, landing in Maryborough in 1887. He engaged in mining in the Gympie district, and later took up land on the goldfield in 1910, subsequently adding a part of the Widgee estate, where he engaged in dairying and farming. He was twice married.
